1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products through compraveloce.com (the “Website”), operated by CHILIS LAB SL. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. These Terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and the Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of one of the countries we ship to.

3. Products

We offer a range of kitchen appliances, cooking tools, and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

5. Payment – Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are paid exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery. No advance payment, card payment, or online payment is required or accepted through the Website. By placing an order, you agree to be present at the delivery address to collect the parcel and pay the stated amount in cash.

6. Order Placement and Confirmation

An order is placed when you submit the order form on our Website. You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after. The contract of sale is concluded when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from order confirmation to all countries we serve. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish TRLGDCU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@compraveloce.com before the deadline. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

9. Warranties and Liability

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and Spanish TRLGDCU. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content is the property of CHILIS LAB SL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
