1. Shipping Method

All orders placed on compraveloce.com are shipped via third-party courier services, assigned automatically based on the destination country and product type.

2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery time: 1–2 business daysThis applies to all countries we serve. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are processed on the same day.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, extreme weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Payment at Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

All orders are delivered on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. The full order amount must be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. By placing an order, you commit to being available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours, contact us at info@compraveloce.com.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address information. Contact us immediately at info@compraveloce.com if you need to update your address; we cannot guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery or accept it with written reservations and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
